BRANDES LeakDetect combines state-of-the-art sensor technology with intelligent monitoring software to detect water damage exactly where it occurs - even before it becomes visible or critical. Various sensor types continuously monitor relevant areas and report even the smallest changes in moisture in real time. The sensors are installed directly at potential danger points, for example on pipes, seals or in the floor, and are able to reliably monitor even areas that are difficult to access, such as cavities or shafts. Up to 56 sensors per unit can be connected and evaluated via a central monitoring unit.
The system is ideal for use in sanitary facilities such as bathrooms and kitchens, in residential construction, timber frame construction, in hotels, hospitals and care facilities, office buildings and for monitoring underfloor heating systems - in other words, wherever leaks can occur and need to be detected at an early stage. As soon as a leak is detected, an alarm is triggered immediately, for example by text message. This means that damage can be localized and repaired quickly before high costs are incurred.
Simple configuration and installation
The BRANDES LeakDetect configuration tool makes managing and adapting the system particularly user-friendly. It enables precise assignment of the reporting targets and limit values so that every leak can be localized quickly and clearly. The module labeling ensures that the sensors are clearly identified and easily assigned to the corresponding areas. Thanks to this clearly structured assignment, every fault message can be easily traced later and analyzed with the utmost precision. Whether for maintenance, troubleshooting or the evaluation of alarm signals - the system provides complete transparency, enabling a quick and targeted response. This allows you to maintain an overview at all times and ensure that water damage is detected early and rectified immediately.
In the event of a leak or fault, the system sends a real-time notification to the previously defined reporting destination. This allows immediate action to be taken to prevent or limit damage. In addition, the system sends automatic status messages as soon as the measured value returns to the normal range. This keeps the user informed of the current status at all times and gives them full control of the situation - from the first warning to the all-clear.
